This could be the butt of enough jokes to fill an entire book, had the overall cost not burdened taxpayers with almost a million Euros…
In particular, the agents of Scotland Yard, the division responsible for the London area, apparently demonstrate the least attention to their work transportation; in fact, the mistakes of the “Met” (Metropolitan Police Service) add up to almost 200,000 pounds, a fifth of the total. The people have therefore decided to create a Taxpayers’ Alliance committee, crying out for sanctions and disciplinary measures.
