This video showing Lamborghini tuning from Japan is being lamented by the guys at Autoblog.it, as an example of what can happen the rules of a good tuning job aren’t followed. It’s true that a vehicle such as the Lamborghini Diablo or Murcielago has near-sacred status; which in Europe means that a tuning job is approached from a different point of view. We’d prefer not to describe these attempts as profane, because probably the Japanese have a different interpretation of how to pay homage to a Lamborghini. And it seems that homage is paid by personalising the car as much as possible - besides, it’s clear that they still love their Lambos, and who are we from the ‘old continent’ to judge?
