Renowned German tuner Novitec put its hands on one of the 80 Ferrari SA Aperta ever produced and turned it into its own Novitec Rosso Ferrari SA Aperta. The V12 of the standard version (also equipping the 599 GTO) delivers 670 hp, but the extensive work done on the unit by Novitec boosted that figure up to 888 hp (with 862 Nm of peak torque), thanks to a pair of high-performance superchargers, a new intercooler, larger fuel injectors, revised electronics and sports air-filters. This tuning also uses a new stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system, with 90mm tail pipes and butterfly valves that can be controlled by the driver. According to Novitec, their SA Aperta can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in 9.1 seconds and from 0 to 300 km/h in 21,9 seconds, reaching top speed at 340 km/h.
In order to handle this kind of performance, aerodynamics have been modified as well with the addition of a lip-spoiler, side skirts and a 599 GTO-derived rear diffuser. 21″ alloys on the front and 22″ on the rear, a ride height lowered by 25 mm and a front-end lifting device complete the profile of this outstanding tuning.

The latest Novitec tuning project takes the lovely Maserati MC Stradale and makes it meaner. The sporty GranTurismo-based model is equipped with the 4.7-litre V8 engine but has 450 hp and 510 Nm of torque, together with the MC Race Shift transmission. All that combined gets a sprint time to 100 km/hr of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 301 km/hr.
But thanks to our German tuners, the Maserati MC Stradale gets a further boost in power with a new aspiration and engine mapping system, and a larger compressor which adds another 200 hp and 114 Nm. That gives the MC Stradale 646 hp and 624 Nm. Did we say wow?
The new-fast car with 3.9 seconds to 100 km/hr and a top speed of 306 km/hr gets a go-fast look, too with 21-inch Novitec NM3 wheels up front (22 inches at the rear) a new suspension setting which lowers the car by 25 mm. The Novitec Maserati adds an extra 23,900 euros to the price of the MC Stradale.
The Ferrari 458 Italia tuning by Novitec uses the “Rosso Scuderia” livery with black roof, 21-inch red rim wheels and a dedicated aerodynamic kit. The Ferrari V8 Novitec Rosso engine mods take the unit to 609 hp (an extra 39), with torque of 569 Nm at 5,400 rpm.
The 458 Italia also saves 21 kg on weight thanks to a new carbon airbox and Inconel exhaust. The car has been lowered by 35mm but has a hydraulic function to heighten it when negotiating obstacles. The aerodynamic kit includes a new spoiler, side skirts, mirrors and carbonfibre diffuser. Ignore the music, but check out the new video above of the Novitec Rosso 458 Italia.
Let’s forget we’ll see the new Ferrari FF at the Geneva Motor Show, and concentrate on the previous model which Ferrari fans got all excited about: the 458 Italia. Considered Ferrari’s return to form, the Novitec Rosso 458 Italia tuning will go on show and you can’t get a Ferrari much better than this.
The hot 458 Italia gets mostly new accessories as the V8 has been only slightly modified at this stage. It gets a new carbon fibre airbox and Inconel exhaust saving 21 kg off the original. New engine remapping has achieved an increase of 39 hp for a total of 609 hp. Torque is also up from 540 Nm to 569 Nm.
The Ferrari has been lowered further but is fitted with the hydraulic raising system (just as well because I would never have got this in my garage otherwise…). A new set of wheels is included as is a new spoiler, side skirts and mirrors after wind tunnel tested was carried out. A carbon fibre diffusor and roof panels complete the package.

Here’s a look at the Ferrari California tuning by Novitec. Both the engine unit and look of the car have been modified as part of the Novitec Rosso program. A new carbon fibre aerodynamic kit has been added, including a front spoiler, side skirts, diffuser and rear wing. New 21 and 22-inch alloy wheels are available with tyres measuring 255/30 and 255/30. The California has been lowered, but a system of raising the front by 40 mm has been included for speed bumps, garage entrances and other obstacles.
The V8 motor has new engine mapping and stainless steel exhaust with metal catalysts and internal valves, compatible with the eletronic shift. The 4.3-litre engine now reaches 500 hp and 518 Nm of torque, with a rev limit increased to 8,300 rpm. Check out the California Novitec tuning gallery below, and add this to your dream Christmas list.
A new Ferrari 430 Scuderia tuning has been developed by Novitec, called Edizione 747, which adds two turbines to the engine, taking the 510 hp to a total of 747 hp. The torque tops 738 Nm and the new Ferrari Novitec Rosso reaches 100 km/hr in just 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 351 km/hr. Only three limited edition units will be produced, with updated accessories and personalised interior.
The Edizione 747 has a yellow and black tint, and the 20-inch wheels have Michelin Sport Cup tyres of 245/30 ZR 20 (front) and 315/25 ZR 20 (rear). A hydraulic suspension system is included for speed humps and garage ramps are also part of the package.

While waiting for the Alfa Romeo MiTo GTA, whose presentation ocurred at the Geneva motor show, Novitec has revealed its interpretation of the MiTo. The tuning company from the Netherlands has worked on the MiTo engines, using the 1.4 litre petrol turbo at 155 hp, and the JTDm 1.3 litre and 1.6 litre at 90 and 120 hp respectively.
The petrol unit sees the power increased by 31 hp, up to 186 hp and requiring 7.4 seconds to reach 100 km/hr. Both the JTDm engines have had a power step of 20 hp and a new bodykit that lowers suspension by 40 mm. Further inclusions are an aerodynamic pack, a new exhaust and 18-inch alloy wheels with Pirelli tyres. The MiTo is suddenly looking very serious…

The collaboration between Unique Sportscars and Novitec will give life to a special series of 11 vehicles, based on the Ferrari F430 and called Calavera. The name comes from Spanish, meaning skull, and we’ll be seeing that decoration on the bodywork and in the interior of this Ferrari 430 tuning.
Gaudy and tacky? Quite possibly, but the work comes from artist Knud Tiroch, while Novitec has occupied itself with the mechanics. New 20-inch wheels and an aerodynamic kit is available, along with revised front spoiler, LED lights and a touch-up to the twin turbo V8 that takes power up to 707 hp.
Novitec has also recently presented its TuLesto in house car, also based on the Ferrari 430 that will soon leave the car market scene. The TuLesto Novitec Ferrari was donated to earthquake relief in Abruzzo, and it will be the last one built before the new F450 emerges.

According to tuning house Novitec Rosso, not even a Ferrari 430 Scuderia Spider 16M is enough to please some exclusive customers. And so here’s a tuning recipe dedicated to 499 cars of the Italian spider: new alloy wheels, bronzed rear lights, but especially a dizzying performance upgrade.
The V8 4.3 litre engine passes from 510 to a whopping 717 hp thanks to a twin turbo kit and a series of mechanical upgrades. The car will still have a top speed of 348 km/hr, reach 100 km/hr in 3.5 seconds, and to hit 300 km/hr you’ll 26.1 seconds (of sheer terror?). A possible limit of 696 hp could be imposed, but that’s still enough to get the wind in the hair of some customers.

We haven’t asked ourselves the whys and wheretofors, but Novitec Rosso has had the nerve to elaborate on the Ferrari F430 Scuderia. And the result is eight cylinders combined with a twin compressor.
Which means the power reaches a massive 717hp, pushing it to a maximum speed of 348 km. Acceleration gets to 3.5 seconds for 100km, 10.1 for 200km, and 26.1 seconds for a legendary 300 km an hour. That’s stuff to peel your face off the back windshield when you’re done.

Spring is drawing near, and Novitec are preparing for the arrival of a new sister for the F430 Coupé: enter the Novitec F430 Spider powered by the same twin supercharged V8 as the Novitec Bi-Compressor Evoluzione. Thanks to the two superchargers which work at 0.38 Bar, the power output will increase the original 490 hp to a whopping 656 hp, achieved at 8200 rpm, however it is not simply the mechanics that have undergone changes. Following tests in the wind tunnels of the Research Institute for Motor Vehicles in Stuttgart, Novitec has developed new aerodynamic additions to the body comprising front and rear wings, skirts for the side panels and a rear extractor. Other changes include grey tinted lights and a body that sits on 20” rims adopted for this version, both of which are relatively small modifications to a creature from the Maranello dream factory, already magnificent in its original state.
