Formula 1 World Champions Mika Hakkinen and Jenson Button adhered to the “Never drink and drive - Join the Pact” campaign by shooting a video in which they wrote their initials on the asphalt with the rubber coming off the spinning tyres of a Mercedes C63 AMG.
The stunt was obviously carried out in a safe facility and - mind you - it is not the usual computer generated trick: they did that for real, as this footage unmistakably confirms. Both drivers surely deserves our thumbs up for the initiative, but we will let you decide who’s got the best calligraphy.

This Mercedes advertisement features Mika Hakkinen and Michael Schumacher in a winter driving campaign showing off Mercedes all-wheel drive technology. Schumacher takes the role of the “Sunday driver” which might be unfortunate from his point of view in light of his return to F1 racing and how this season panned out for him. Perhaps not so much a funny car video as more mildly amusing.
