Martini Legends 2008: exciting event at Jarama

Martini Legends 2008

Martini has organised the Martini Legends 2008 event at the Spanish track of Jarama in Madrid. The event is a real star parade full of past and current competition cars, showing off the historic link between the famous sponsor and motorsport.

A significant moment in the event was the presence of Marc Gené on the track, who conducted the F2007 F1 model from Kimi Räikkönen around the track in record time, and also let the California out for a sping in the presence of the Ferrari Club Spain.

Excitement occurred over some historic F1 models, such as the Toleman TG184 which took Ayrton Senna to his debut in the top category of motorsports. We thank the guys at DiabloMotor for the photographs and their coverage of the event.

Raduno Ferrari Milano 2008

As has been tradition for a few years, on Sunday September 21 in Milan’s Piazza del Duomo the Ferrari Club Milano held its rally. Have a look at the gallery for some great shots of Milanese and Ferraris out enjoying the city.

While purists would have been horrified at some comments from a public who might not be so informed about Ferraris (for example they must be red and new), plenty of models were on show, including some more rare examples.
