Range Rover Evoque in red by Kahn Design

A few weeks ago we introduced a tuning program for Range Rover Evoque created by renowned Kahn Automobiles Boutique, and here is a bunch of official pictures featuring a new red version of the same package. Exclusive paint job aside, in comparison to the stock version this model comes with a ride height lowered by 35 mm, blackened windows, new adaptive front headlights and a wide range of 20″, 21″ or 22″ alloys from which to choose.

What makes the Kahn program particularly interesting is in fact the many options it offers for the customization of both exterior and interior of the car, with plenty of color combinations and trims available. Besides, the cabin also gets some extra treat such as touch screen sat-nav and aluminum pedals.

Range Rover Evoque Project Kahn

By Adrian

Range Rover Evoque Project Kahn

British tuner Project Khan presents its own rendition of Range Rover Evoque. This version of the successful luxury SUV uses a ride height reduced by 35 mm, yellow calipers, tinted windows and customized paint job, which can be done on the base of a sample supplied by the client. The Evoque Project Kahn comes with either 20″, 21″ or 22″ alloy wheels, but apart from that there are not significant aesthetic changes on the exterior. In fact, the tuner focused its attention to the interior of the car.

Basically, Kahn offer its customers every sort of customization for the interior: from a simple change of speedometer up to the choice of the leather upholstery (in any color), Project Khan can perform any sort of intervention to provide the driver with what he wants. That’s also the idea of Project Khan main man and founder Azfal Kahn: to offer exclusive cars made unique by subtle changes.

Project Kahn Mercedes SLK 200

Project Kahn Mercedes SLK 200

British designer Project Kahn presents its own rendition of the new Mercedes SLK, in this case a SLK 200 with AMG package that had already undergone the Mercedes-approved Brabus treatment. Project Kahn re-worked some elements of the front end - now with carbon fiber front splitter - and provided the car with 20″ RS600 black alloy wheels and red-painted calipers. Also the livery has been modified as it now features trendy matt black bits, like the big longitudinal stripe on the bonnet and the side vents. New brushed aluminum roll bars have also been added.

Brabus for its part provided an extra 56 hp to the standard turbocharged 1.8-litres engine - that comes with a 7G Tronic 7 speed automatic transmission - giving even more flair to this SLK 200 that now has a lower ride height, side skirts, and the sporty Kahn exhaust. Black and red quilted leather have been used for the interior of the pictured model, but Khan provide its customers with the opportunity to choose which color to use for both the cabin and the bodywork. This particular model is priced at £42,875 (about 49,000€).

Project Kahn Range Rover Evoque and new five-door pics

By Alison

Project_Kahn_Evoque_tuning

Project Kahn will tune the Range Rover Evoque, with technical aspects to be taken care of by Cosworth. Above is the only tuned Evoque pic we’ve got so far, and according to tradition, apparently the intervention in the style department will be minimal. We wouldn’t want to see overly pimped Evoque, but it does have some scope for tuning beyond the new wheels it will most likely be fitted with.

According to project Kahn the new-look Evoque will be released sometime early next year. With Cosworth occupying itself with the engine, we’ll be very interested to see how the two-litre Ecoboost unit will turn out. The Si4 version has already got 240 hp, so we could be looking at a powerful little Evoque on the road. This picture indicates the five-door Evoque will be the focus of the tuning, and before the modifications are done, check out some new pics below.

Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé: tuning from Project Kahn

By Alison

rolls royce drophead coupè by project kahn

The splendid Rolls Royce Drophead Coupé has been touched up by Project Kahn, but with velvet gloves so as not to lose any of the luxurious elegance. It’s one of the few examples we’ve seen of the use of 22-inch wheels where the word “excessive” would be inappropriate.

The concept of tuning here is all about exclusive sophistication, and in addition to the wheels, the British workshop has added some wood finishings to the interior and a shiny effect to the front grill. Given the luxury, the price tag has also been marked up, to the tune of 55,000 euros.

Project Kahn caresses the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

By Alison

Project Kahn Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

While many supercar tunings can go a little astray, this is actually quite a lovely revision of the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano by Project Kahn.

The new look doesn’t include any offensive splitters, spoilers, enormous exhausts, internal neon lights or dreadful, rapper-style additions. The fascination of the original Ferrari design is enhanced by a set of alloy wheels measuring 8.5 by 20 at the front, and 12 by 21 at the rear. The V12 6.0L engine remains untouched, with a slight modification to the exhausts to accentuate the sound.
