A mule of the upcoming face-lifted Mercedes GLK was spotted again and during some cold weather testing in Sweden. On this prototype we can see more distinctively the design of the front end, that seems to use a quite different lights layout and uses a light tube in the headlights that appears to be pretty similar to the one we have seen on the recent Mercedes B-Class. The front bumper is still quite heavily disguised, which would make us believe it will end up with a quite different design and modified air-intakes. Besides, the tail lights seem to have been given a new shape and LED technology as well.

For the first time, we also received a snapshot of the cabin, although much of it was still hidden. However, from what we can see, the most significant detail is the presence of what seem to be paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, yet another confirmation that the next GLK will be changing the gears of its automatic transmission with that command as opposed to the control placed in the middle of the console of the current version. Plus, there will be a new set of round-shaped air outlets on the dashboard, similar to what we have seen on the latest SLS.
