Mercedes-Benz releases a new official video starring their new CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake, described by the 3-pointed star House as an unprecedented combination of performance, style and versatility. The latest addition to the range of the German manufacturer is powered by an athletic 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine which is on offer in two different power steps: 525 hp (with 700 Nm of maximum torque) and 557 hp (800 Nm).
Both engines are mated to the well-known AMG MCT SpeedShift automatic transmission. The less powerful version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds, while the 557 hp variant need 1 tenth of a second less to hit that mark. Top speed is limited for both versions at 250 km/h (155 mph).
Cosmetic changes include bespoke bumpers, new front grille, different bonnet and a set of 19″ alloy wheels. There are also wider front wings and the mandatory LED daytime running light stripes. As for the passenger compartmnt, upgrades include cool AMG sports seats, Piano Black trim and a special instrumentation.
