The only thing that diminishes this car is perhaps the driving choice. But apart from that, the Focus RS can afford to be daring with its colour and form. Ford has released the official images of this car, closing the circle of rumours and spy shots that started by now three years ago.
The hatchback will be revealed at the London show from July 23 to August 3, though its still under its concept car form: the commercialised version will be expect for 2009. We’re just hoping the technicians won’t be offering the interior seats in the same colour as the exterior.
Previous performance figures remain unchanged with 280 hp, 420 Nm of torque and an estimated six seconds to reach 100 km/hr. The semi-active Quaife differential prevents the 19-inch alloy wheels from rotating on themselves.
