Gimme five, Horacio, as with this little number you have really outdone yourself: 750hp, 710Nm of torque and 0-200 km/hr in only 9.8 seconds. Everything else is just boring. The name itself - Pagani Zonda Cinque - shows its essential exclusivity: the facilities at san Cesario sul Panaro will make only five units, destined to hit figures dangerously close to one million euros. The Cinque, designed for road use, represents the branded version of the Zonda R, which still hasn’t been officially presented and headed only for the track.
In expectation of the new Zonda, revolutionised after its V8 engine, this version offers a V12 7.3 litre motor, likely to get the competitors’ claws out: a teté a teté is set for the Ferrari FXX and the Maserati MC12 Versione Corse.
The look of the car has been touched up and reflects that of the Zonda R, with new aerodynamics and the airscoop, that carries engine air over the driver’s compartment. This little jewell will cost around 800,000 euros.
With thanks to our readers for the news.
