More rumours about the possible Fiat rival for the Hummer, the civilian version of the Iveco MLV, which is expected to debut at the Motor Show in Bologna at the beginning of December.

Autoweek.nl gives us some more data about the Iveco MLV: despite the “Light” in the acronym, the military version weighs 5.430 kg, of which a good percentage can be attributed to the protections which it must offer to its occupants. A note: the MLV is pretty big: 5.15 meters long, 2.39 meters high and 2.11 meters wide. Really at the other end of the offroad spectrum to the Fiat Sedici and the Panda SUV which will be shown in Bologna too.
