Mercedes: Video of the Guinness World Record set by David Coulthard and Jake Shepherd

Written By: -

Mercedes today released the video of the Guinness World Record for “the furthest golf shot caught in a moving car” set by former Formula One driver David Coulthard and professional golfer Jake Shepherd. Shepherd hit the ball at an amazing 178 mph and caught the moving Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster, driven by Coulthard at 193 km/h, 275 meters from the tee. To achieve such astonishing record both David and Jake required excellent precision skills, good timing and teamwork, which they have, considering that the World Record was set just after its second attempt.
