The new Audi RS4 Avant will be sold in the U.K. at a price of £54,925. The German super estate belongs to the premium D-segment, which sales represents the 2.6% of the total market. The model is on sale now, ahead of its commercial launch planned for next autumn.
As a reminder: the car is 4,719 mm long, 1,850 mm wide and 1,416 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,813 mm. Under the bonnet is a 4.2-litre V8 FSI engine with direct injection and high rotational speed producing over 450 hp of maximum output and 430 Nm of torque between 4000 and 6000 rpm and mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch S-Tronic automatic transmission with Quattro all-wheel drive.
The car’s standard equipment includes volumetric alarm, Audi drive select (to adjust the settings of gearbox, engine, suspension and steering), 9Jx19-inch high-gloss alloy wheels with 10-spoke design, three-zone deluxe automatic air conditioning, xenon plus headlights, carbon trimmings, light package, Alcantara - leather upholstery, electricly adjustable front seats with lumbar support and flat bottomed leather multifunction steering wheel.
