Peugeot is ready to launch the third variant of Peugeot 508 Hybrid4. After the crossover and the SW Allroad estate, here is the saloon version. Thanks to Peugeot’s specially designed Full Hybrid Diesel system the French car is among the most efficient and environmentally friendly of its segment, with CO2 emissions of just 95 g/km and fuel consumption of 3.6 litres per 100 km in combined cycle.
The car is equipped with a 2.0-litre HDi engine with 163 hp to drive the front wheels and an electric motor with 37 hp powering the back axle. The Hybrid4 variant features a choice of four driving modes including Auto, ZEV (all-electric mode), Sports and 4WD. Although eco-efficient the car offers high performance and driving pleasure, with high-tech safety features. The trunk has a capacity of 355 litres, expandable to 1,400 liters with the seats down.
