0 Comments from ReadersAudi has released new images of the new A3. The premium C-segment hatchback of the Ingolstadt carmaker is shown in the pictures sporting a new red, white and gray paint, with and without S-line kit. The car, which comes with 3 different engines, is 4.24 m long, 1.77 m wide and has a wheelbase of 2.60 m that makes it agile and easy to drive on any road.
The petrol engine range include an entry-level 1.4-litre TFSI with 122 hp and a 1.8-litre four-cylinder TFSI that can be mated to a seven-speed S-Tronic gearbox as optional instead of the six-speed manual that comes as standard across the range. At launch the A3 will come with only one choice of diesel engine, the 2.0-litre TDI with 150 hp, which could soon be joined by units with a smaller capacity.
The new A3 is available in three equipment lines: Attraction, Ambition and Ambiente, all with standard climate control and an extensive accessory package that includes aluminium trims and electromechanical parking brake. The S-Line kit gives the car an aggressive look with new bumpers and sports details. Also available is a sport suspension that lowers the body of the car by 15 mm, or 25mm with the S-Line suspension.
