The new production has been specially designed to bring out the sportier side of the Korean SUV and offers large 18-inch alloy wheels, six-speed automatic transmission, electronically controlled all-wheel drive, electrically operated panoramic roof and navigation system as standard. It also features xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, parking assist system with reversing camera.
The Kia Sportage R is powered by a 2.0-litres CRDi engine, with four-wheel drive system. This four-cylinder unit with variable geometry turbocharging and particulate filter produces an output of 184 hp and 383 Nm of maximum torque, with an average fuel consumption of 7.2 L per 100 km and CO2 emissions below 190 g/km.
