German tuner Hamann introduces its own Range Rover 5.0i V8 Supercharged. The tuning uses a different front bumper with larger air-intakes and integrated LED day lights, new side skirts, 22″ burnished alloy wheels with chrome outline fitted with 295/35 tyres and wheel arch extensions, making it 60 mm wider at the front and 70 mm at the rear. Hamann also replaced the original exhaust system with a customized one - made of stainless steel and with an X-manifold - placed right in the middle of the rear fascia.
The engine of this tuning develops 530 hp and 660 Nm of torque at 2,600 rpm, quite an improvement over the 510 hp/625 Nm output of the standard model. This result has been achieved thanks to the addition of the aforementioned exhaust and to the re-calibrated ECU, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6,0 seconds and reach 227 km/h of top speed. As for the interior, Hamann offers plenty of options for its customization, meaning different combinations of leather upholstery, dedicated carmats and Alcantara, wood, carbon and aluminum finishing.
