American aftermarket companies Platinum Motorsport, RENNtech, MACarbon and Exotics Boutique teamed up to create the fastest Mercedes SLR of the planet, whose codename is L4P SLR777. Among other things, this version uses the exclusive Mansory’s “Renovatio” aerodynamic kit, actually the only one ever installed outside of the Mansory Factory.

RENNtech is the company that took care of the powertrain, providing the SLR with a new sports exhaust system, upgraded ECU, new intercooler, the 722.6 Five Speed Transmission upgrade and RENNtech performance brakes and differential. Platinum Motorsport finished off the exterior with a special Liquid White paint and the entire interior in black suede, and then fitted the car with custom 20″ Agetro M140 Monoblock wheels. MACarbon contributed all the custom Carbon Fiber interior pieces

The final outcome is a 781 hp SLR which runs the quarter mile in 10.29 sec at 216 km/h (134mph), making it the world’s fastest SLR McLaren.
