Here is a cool video starring the 2014 Renault Koleos and NBA star Tony Parker, both of which are obviously French. The new Koleos was introduced at the beginning of the year at the 6th International Buenos Aires Motor Show, and since then it has benn unanimously acclaimed for the travelling comfort it delivers, the extensive equipment package and all-terrain ability (as the San Antonio Spurs’ star shows us). The latest SUV from the French manufacturer features the brand’s latest styling cues on the exterior, and inside it benefits from a new trim and new brown leather upholstery.
In Europe, the new Renault Koleos is pushed by a high-torque 2.0-liter dCi unit available in two power steps - 150 and 175 horsepower - and can be ordered with two- or four-wheel drive transmission. The way torque is distributed is controlled by an electronic coupler based on data received front the ECU and a variety of sensors (wheel speed, acceleration, steering wheel angle and accelerator pedal position). Length and width of the model are 4.52 and 1.85 metres respectively.
New Renault Koleos is equipped with the new in-dash Renault R-Link multimedia system complete with seven-inch touchscreen display. Renault R-Link permits the selection of one of 26 languages and packs all the expected multimedia functions, from navigation, radio and telephony to Bluetooth® connectivity and audio streaming, as well as connectivity for portable music-playing devices.
