Designed as a two-seater coupé competitor to the Porsche Cayman, the hybrid Jaguar C-X16 Concept is the heir to the E-Type’s throne and is currently equipped with a three-litre V6 with 380 hp and 450 Nm of torque. That’s matched with an electric motor in the style of the F1 KERS cars, with another 95 hp and 235 Nm.
The concept is complete with an eight-speed gearbox and energy regeneration when braking. Other Jaguar models at the 2011 Frankfurt show include the XF Restyling, the XK restyling and an XKR-S in white livery.
