In keeping with many other top car brands, BMW have the CS Concept, their take on the “luxury Gran Turismo” theme. The CS, which the German manufacturer hopes will show off their talent and design in a new direction, is a careful balancing act between the high performance M5 and the luxury of the 7 series.

From the outside the CS is not typically BMW, the only give away being the double-kidney front grille. From any other angle the car could easily be mistaken for other top braany nded car of this style. What you get here is the quality and robust nature of the BMW couple with a new direction of luxury high end motoring, yet this car has enough room inside for four, which opens up many possibilities for this car as it is not just directed at the sports car market.

The stunning design of this car is breath taking, the lines flow across the body from the front end to the rear, contours flow into each other creating a perfectly styled body which show how much work BMW have actually put into this car. It has to be said that this is totally new ground for the car company and demonstrates how far they have come over the past few years.

The interior is where the luxury element is expressed with what looks like a no expense spared philosophy, it easily compares with other similar cars, the design and technology has been married perfectly in all areas, yet it still has to be said that this is a four door car, and it is really hard to compare the way that the body incorporates the four doors with any other car around.

There are many rumors around which say that this car will become the flagship series 8 in the future. We hope to see it on the market soon, and that it’ll not lose too much of its “extreme” character.
