Aston Martin has confirmed that production of the V12 Zagato will take place as a limited run of about 150 models. Currently the Aston Martin V12 Zagato will be sold for an estimated price of about £330,000, which could equate to 450,000 euros all told. That makes the Villa d’Este concept an expensive number, but the exclusivity of the Zagato car design house and just 150 models probably justifies it.
The V12 Vantage gets a change in the Zagato format, with handmade aluminium body panels, carbonfibre parts and the six-litre V12 up to 510 hp and 570 Nm of torque. The news is not an official confirmation as such, but Aston does say an official press release will be provided in a couple of weeks. After the V12 Zagato 24 hour Nurburgring racing debut, the production model will be a roadgoing version.
