Forgive and forget? Not quite for the Saab 9-3 Cabriolet Independence Edition. The model has been created to celebrate the first anniversary of the “independent brand” and 366 units will be made to mark the number of days since Saab emerged from the shackles of its General Motors era.
The Saab 9-3 Independence Edition will be presented tomorrow, and will get its world unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show next week. It’s equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo engine with 220 hp, which is part of the Saab 9-5 engine line-up. The special edition comes in Sunset Red tint and new 18-inch wheels, and the interior has a host of special touches, including orange trim and a sports steering wheel. More pics to come later.
