Here’s a look at the light facelift of the Mercedes C-Class on the sedan and station wagon models, which will be available from the second quarter of next year. A new front bumper and headlight design characterise the slight restyling on the C-Class, while more technical aspects include the new aluminium bonnet and ECO start&stop system. The system has been put in place to reduce fuel consumption and help the 7 G-Tronic PLUS transmission work more efficiently.
The engine line-up remains the same apart from the addition of the new V6 petrol engine for the C350 BlueEFFICENCY model. It has 306 hp and 370 Nm of torque, for a fuel consumption of 6.8 litres every 100 km. On the inside, the Mercedes C-Class has become more modern with some added creature comforts like the new online multimedia “Comand” system and new display unit.
