BMW M3 Frozen Gray matt paint disclaimer

BMW limited edition M3 frozen gray

If you are one of those car owners that dreams about polishing your vehicle on a Saturday morning, if you just bought the
BMW M3 limited edition Frozen Gray matt paint job, you’ll have to find something else to do with your car. As long as that’s not: waxing, rubbing, automatic car washing and probably even leaning on the bonnet of your special version M3 looking cool in your front yard.

Given the maintenance behind a matt paint finish, BMW advises customers to remove straight away any insects, bird poo, tree sap or other substances that might damage the exterior and so we’re hoping you’ve got a big, padded garage to park your new grey car in (very likely - we don’t think garaging would be a problem for anyone who’s bought this vehicle).

Maintenance advice is all well and good, but the 30 BMW customers who bought this car will have to sign a maintenance agreement in which the M3 warranty for this paint job doesn’t cover owner neglect (a definition which we imagine could be stretched to cover just about anything) or repairs by anyone other than a BMW-authorised shop. And meanwhile, reports are that if you don’t sign it, BMW will reconsider delivery of your exclusive vehicle.
