The Maserati Gran Cabrio will cost 135,000 euros on the local market in Italy, and will be ready for the road next spring. The price is about 12,000 euros more than the coupé GranTurismo S with the same engine. The Gran Cabrio will be equipped with that same 4.7-litre V8, with 439 hp and a traditional automatic gearbox. It has a top speed of 290 km/hr and reaches 100 km/hr in five seconds.

The Gran Cabrio at 135,000 is very much the base model and includes navigator, bi-xenon headlights and electronically controlled Skyhook suspension system. Among the long list of optional extras are pearl finish tint at 7,800 euros, internal wood finish at 2,400 euros and a twin tone interior will set you back 6,000 euros.

Other accessories that could have been included on the standard model include anti-glare rear vision mirrors at 456 euros, windbreak protection at 960 euros, MP3 reader at another 360 euros. If you want tyre pressure sensors you pay 840 euros and front parking sensors come in at 780 euros.
