Opel/Vauxhall is exhibiting the new Adam - the recently unveiled diminutive hatch from the German carmaker - at the ongoing 2012 Bologna Motor Show. This new compact city car with German offers many customization options that make it very attractive to a very diverse audience, ranging from the young drivers to those who are a little older but are looking for a compact, simple and yet comfortable and convenient model.
The new Opel Adam measures 3.70 meters in length and is packed with the latest technology offered by the German brand. Its engine range is expected to be particularly efficient: the 70 hp Adam Opel 1.2 for instance is expected travel up to 20 kilometers on one liter of petrol. The range also includes the 100 hp Adam Opel 1.4, while a turbocharged engine with direct injection is also expected to join the fold at a later time, boasting even loweer fuel consumption and emissions matched with maximized efficiency and performance.
Very interesting is also the chance of having it equipped with the IntelliLink system, which can be configured with Android and iOS, which allows you to control the functions of the infotainment system through your smartphone. In case you are wondering, a slew of apps dedicated to this model will be made available as well.
