These leaked images present a compact hatchback which makes perfect sense to succeed the current Clio not only because it resembles Mégane III, but because it also keeps a sort of Clio identity, with its very characteristic descending roof line.
The new car will keep current engines and platform with some improvements. Expect the B platform, which is also used by Nissan Micra, to be a little larger in what relates to its wheelbase, while the engines will certainly adopt new strategies, such as direct fuel injection, in order to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
