The Opel Astra GTC has debuted on the market just a while ago, and yet the GM-owned German manufacturer is apparently already working on a facelift for the model, as we would think by the looks of the mule featured in these photos.
As we can see, the front grille has grown considerably, and since the lower part of the bumper is still hidden by camouflage, we would believe that some changes will affect that area as well.
One reason for the bigger grille - and probably for bigger air intakes too - could also be that Opel is considering to fit the Twin-turbo diesel engine in the GTC body, an engine that needs more air to breathe properly and that is credited with an output of 190 horsepower. Quite surprisigly though, the rear section seems unchanged, with the only hidden bits being the ‘Opel’ and ‘GTC’ badges.
