Pininfarina Rolls Royce Hyperion

There were no doubts that the Rolls-Royce Hyperion is a truly unique car, but the one example from Pininfarina presented at the 2008 Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach in California will be sold for the stratospheric figure of 4,500,000 euros.

The anonymous customer had commissioned the one-off version on the base of the exclusive Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupé, with a completely redesigned interior with the two passenger seats removed, and an exterior that has the windshield moved by 40 cm.

The price does include a two-for-one “deal” though, with the Girard Perregaux watch created specifically for the Hyperion, thrown in to the purchase price. Sometimes dreams don’t come true, especially if you’re not in the market for this kind of acquisition.
