The restoration job on these old cars is likely to be a huge one, but if you’re a hard core vintage car fan, it could be a dream come true. A collection of vintage cars has been found in England, rusting away on the property of the owner, who died in January.
Among the collection is the vintage Daimler you see in the photo, along with a 1930 Morris Minor, a 1920’s four-door Austin open tourer, a 1920’s Singer Junior, two Swifts and a couple of Riley Monacos, among others.
While I imagine hacking your way through weeds and old barns covered in cobwebs is probably not the most appealing job in the world, Guy Snelling from Keys Auctioneers has certainly stumbled upon a veritable treasure trove.
The collection will be auctioned in April with prices ranging from 200 to 4,000 pounds. A small price to pay for a little piece of history.
