The performance figures of the Bugatti Veyron Centenaire look set to change from 425 km/hr and 1350hp, to a grand 440 km/hr and 1400hp.
The higher figures should be confirmed at the Geneva motor show, but they arrived on the net from “Auto, Motor und Sport” and reportedly come from a company insider. Furthermore, the figures could have been even higher, but Bugatti apparently wanted to ‘contain’ them at this new level.
The Bugatti Veyron Centenaire picks up the title of the fastest series car in the world, beating the SSC Ultimate Aero TT. The Centenaire will not only have more power, but it will also be 150 kg lighter than the original Veyron, due to extensive use of carbon fibre. What would you give to have a ride…?
