Lancia will be present at the Geneva motor show with some novelties dedicated to its Delta, Musa and Ypsilon models. The luxury fashion stand will debut the Delta with a new 1.8 DI Turbojet petrol engine at 200hp, with 320Nm and six speed automatic transmission. It is capable of reaching 230 km/hr, hitting 100 km/hr in 7.4 seconds.
Another impressive feature of this new engine, is its consumption at 7.8 litres per 100km, and 185 g/km of CO2 emissions. Consumption drops to 5.9 l/100km when outside of city streets, and on highway driving. The transmission features steering wheel paddles with winter and sport functions.
The special edition Delta Executive will be on display with bronze and black paint work, diamond-featured alloy wheels, beige leather interiors, electronic suspension and magic parking system. It also has many acronyms to boot, including the LTF (Linearization Torque Feedback), the TTC (Torque Transfer Control) and the DST (Drive Steering Torque).
The Musa Poltrona Frau will present new interior colours, with red and blue options. More substantially, the Musa and Ypsilon will debut in Ecochic versions: twin fuel, LPG engines with 1.4 litres and 77hp. Fuel consumption reaches interesting levels, with 1,300 km for the Ypsilon Ecochic (425 at LPG, 854 on petrol) and about 1,200 km for the Musa (419 on LPG and 758 petrol).
Another three Premiere Collection Lancia cars will be on display, with white body work and black roof created to celebrate collaboration with the film “Angels and Demons”. They will be an Ypsilon 1.3 mjet 105hp, Musa 1.3 Mjet 95hp and Delta 1.9 TwinTurbo 190hp.
