Elise SC

Many fans of the Lotus brand have attempted to come into possession of the new Elise SC “Clark Type-25″, but given the imbalance in supply and demand, and the limited number to be produced (only 25), many have given up the chase.

Lotus has decided to find some middle ground to satisfy fans in this niche, and is widening the production initially foreseen for the limited edition Elise SC. With the 25 units purchased in the UK and Ireland alone, the move was inevitable to satisfay customers in the rest of Europe.

So the counter-move is a second stock of Clark Type-25, which will include the same 1.8 litre supercharged engine at 220hp, and the special paint job of British racing car green with its yellow stripe and circle. In Europe the car will likely cost around 54,000 euros.
