The BMW 3 series restyling debut on the German market has been set for September 20, meaning that Germans will soon be able to purchase the Touring sedan from about 29,000 euros.

That’s the entry level figure for the 318i sedan at 143 hp, which is part of a range that includes four petrol engines and five diesel engine options. The 318i Touring costs 29,650 euros as the base cost.

Coupè and cabriolet prices also receive a bump up, with the range starting at 33,200 euros for the 170hp 320i, while the latter, with the same engine, costs 40,700 euros.

Among the diesel options, the biggest news is without a doubt the inclusion of a new 3.0 litre, six cylinder diesel at 245hp, which is 14hp more than the current model. The updated 330d, after its debut as a sedan, will soon arrive in a Touring and coupè version, while the cabrio’s commercial release date has not yet been set.

The all wheel drive versions, xDrive, are available at a cost of about 2,600 euros more than the two wheel drive options. xDrive is available only on the 325i, 330i, 335i, 320d and 330d models.
