People keep seeing prototypes of the Lexus LF-A testing on racetracks. Now 4Car publishes some spy shots of a spider version of the LF-A, which could arrive on the market with an optional folding metal roof.
Lexus still hasn’t confirmed that the LF-A will be produced, but such a long test program lets one hope that we’ll see it on the market soon. The engine should be a V10 developing at least 500 hp, positioned in front with rear wheel drive. As 4Car notes, Toyota promises “the ultimate weight balance”, “extravagant comfort” and “precision operation” for the LF-A. Next date for LF-A news is the next Detroit motor show.
