What is the "extraordinary Oltre Fiat show-car" ?

The Fiat press release for the Bologna Motor Show is just out.

Apart from the Fiat 16 and the Panda Cross, it talks about a limited edition of the Panda SUV, the Monster, inspired by the famed Ducati motorcycle.

And, last but not least it talks of a mysterious ‘extraordinary ‘Oltre Fiat’ show-car”‘. Oltre Fiat means Beyond Fiat, and is a 4WD vehicle which will feature in a supposedly spectacular driving exhibition.

We ar officially intrigued. Is it the rumoured Italian rival for the Hummer ? Or is it a more humble vehicle ? Most of all: is it something destined for production ?!? If so: when ?
