In the wake of the the first lot of images that you can see in our photo gallery, Lexus has just released the first couple of videos starring the new generation of their flagship model, the Lexus LS. The popular sedan from Toyota’s luxury brand has undergone a radical upgrading process that introduced the main elements of the L-finesse design theme. Thereby we got the newly designed front grille, a new bumper, redesigned head- and tail-lights and a sharper rear end.
The new generation of this classy sedan will also see the debut of the ‘F SPORT’ variant, a more aggressive and athletic version that will be easily recognizable by its flashy aerodynamics, the bigger air-inlets, a rear diffuser placed right in between its pair of mufflers and the obvious slew of racing components, most notably brakes and suspension.
Initially, the engine range will consist of a 4.6-liter V8 delivering 386 hp (for the LS 460) and a 5.0-liter V8 for the world’s most powerful hybrid, the LS 600h, which will combine the 389 hp generated by this unit with the 221 hp of its electric motor. The model is expected to debut at the next Paris Motor Show this coming September. See the second video and all the thumbs after the jump.
